Julia-roberts
Julia Fiona Roberts' parents are Walter Grady Roberts and Betty Lou Bredemus. Roberts is part of the Robertses' fourth generation to reside in the Atlanta area beginning in the family of her grand-father John Pendleton Roberts a farmer. At an early age, her dad became fascinated by theatre. As in school at Emory University in 1952 he acted in productions on campus and elsewhere in Atlanta. After he enlisted in the Air force and was spotted alongside Betty Lou Bredemus in Biloxi. They got married in the year 1955 and the couple's first child Eric Anthony was born in 1956. Walter was enrolled in Tulane University, New Orleans Louisiana. In the year 1957, they were discharged from the air force and Walter began studying at Tulane. Walter began his work at Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio in 1960. Walter and Betty Lou started production in 1964 on the local Saturday morning children's show on television called Bum Bum and His Buddies that they self-funded. In 1964, Betty Lou and Walter founded the Actors and Writers Workshop. It lasted for about six years. They had Lelisa Billingsley (also known as Lisa) and Julia (also called Julie) during this period.
