Simone Biles

Simone Biles is an American gymnast. Born on March 14, 1997, in Columbus Ohio U.S.A. In the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro she became the first female U.S. gymnast to win four gold medals at a single Games and she was the first gymnast to win three consecutive world all-around titles (2013-15). Biles was raised within Spring Texas in the Houston metropolitan area after she and her younger sister Adria were adopted by their parents Ronald and Nellie Biles. Simone's interest in gymnastics began at the age of six after a visit with her day-care group to Bannon Gymnastix. Simone remained in the hands of Aimee Borman as coach from 2011. Biles earned a silver in vault in 2010 and also a bronze at the Women's Junior Olympic National Championships. She then moved up to competitions at the elite level in the year 2011. Within two years she had won the discipline. Biles stood out for her consistently consistent and having a lively and lively personality, and also incorporating a high degree of difficult into all her events vaulting uneven bar floor exercises.
